Title 59. Professions And Occupations: Obtaining license by misrepresentations - Penalty

Any person who obtains, or attempts to obtain, licensure as a
physical therapist or physical therapist assistant by any willful
misrepresentation, grossly negligent misrepresentation, or any
fraudulent misrepresentation, upon conviction, shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor and shall be punished as required by the provisions of
the Physical Therapy Practice Act.
