The Oklahoma Real Estate Appraiser Board shall establish the fee to be paid by each AMC seeking registration or renewal of a registration under the Oklahoma Appraisal Management Company Regulation Act. The amount of the registration and renewal fees must be the lesser of: 1. The Board’s determination of the sum of the fees paid by all appraisal management companies seeking registration or renewal of a registration under the Oklahoma Appraisal Management Company Regulation Act sufficient for the administration of the Oklahoma Appraisal Management Company Regulation Act; or 2. Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00). Fees shall be received by the Oklahoma Insurance Department and shall be deposited to the Oklahoma Certified Real Estate Appraisers Revolving Fund as set forth in the Oklahoma Certified Real Estate Appraisers Act.
