equivalent certification requirements. If, in the determination by the Board, another state is deemed to have substantially equivalent certification requirements, an applicant who is certified under the laws of such other state may obtain a certificate as an Oklahoma certified real estate appraiser upon such terms and conditions as may be determined by the Board provided they are in good standing with the state in which they hold a current certification and have become a resident of Oklahoma.
