A. There shall be four classes for Oklahoma certified real estate appraisers: 1. State Licensed Appraiser as defined by the Appraiser Qualification Criteria promulgated by the Appraiser Qualifications Board of the Appraisal Foundation; 2. State Certified Residential Appraiser as defined by the Appraiser Qualification Criteria promulgated by the Appraiser Qualifications Board of the Appraisal Foundation; 3. State Certified General Appraiser as defined by the Appraiser Qualification Criteria promulgated by the Appraiser Qualifications Board of the Appraisal Foundation; and 4. Trainee Appraiser as defined by the Appraiser Qualification Criteria promulgated by the Appraiser Qualifications Board of the Appraisal Foundation. B. The application for original certification, renewal certification and examination shall specify the classification of certification being applied for and previously granted.
