Oklahoma Code § 59-536.11

Title 59. Professions And Occupations: Violation of act - Penalties

On and after July 1, 1985, any person who practices electrolysis
in violation of the provisions of the Registered Electrologist Act,
upon conviction, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a

fine of not less than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) nor more than
One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) and costs.  Each day of such
violation shall constitute a separate offense.
