Oklahoma Code § 59-508.1

Title 59. Professions And Occupations: Reinstatement on Board's own motion

At any time after the Board has revoked or suspended the license
to practice medicine or surgery of any person, the Board, upon its
own motion and of its own authority and right, may reconsider such
order and decision for any reason deemed by it to be sufficient and
may, in its discretion, reinstate the license of such person.
