Title 59. Professions And Occupations: Administration of oaths - Evidence and witnesses

Any member of the Board shall have the authority to administer
oaths in all matters pertaining to the affairs of the Board and to
take evidence and compel the attendance of witnesses on questions
pertaining to the enforcement of this act.  The trial examiner of
the Board shall have the authority to compel the attendance of
witnesses.
