A. The Board shall issue licenses and certificates of authority for firms for a term of twenty-four (24) months. B. A license or certificate of authority may be renewed up to sixty (60) days prior to the expiration date. Renewal and reinstatement fees and conditions shall be established by Board rules. C. Every licensee is required to comply with the Board's rules regarding continuing education or meet the Model NCEES Continuing Professional Competency standard requirement, which is equivalent to fifteen (15) professional development hours per calendar year with no allowable carryover, as a condition of license renewal.
