Title 59. Professions And Occupations: Unlawful to receive compensation except from client

It shall be unlawful for a registered commercial interior
designer to accept or to receive compensation, directly or
indirectly, from a person or entity other than his or her client in
connection with the reparation, alteration or construction of a
building interior that he or she has accepted employment in any
manner.
