Oklahoma Code § 59-46.30

Title 59. Professions And Occupations: Licensing of landscape architects - Temporary licenses -

Certificate of qualification.
The Board shall license, as a landscape architect, each
applicant who demonstrates to the satisfaction of the Board his or
her qualification and competence or in any case the Board decides
the interest of the public will be served for such license as
provided in equivalent standards for education, training and
examination in this act and the Board's current rules or in
compliance with the Post-Military Service Occupation, Education and
Credentialing Act.  The Board has the authority to issue temporary
licenses while qualifying the applicant in compliance with the Post-
Military Service Occupation, Education and Credentialing Act or with
any declared state of emergency.
The Board shall issue to each individual licensed a certificate
of qualification and the right to use the title "landscape
architect" and to practice landscape architecture in the state.
