Oklahoma Code § 59-46.12

Title 59. Professions And Occupations: Reinstatement of license, registration or certificate

After the expiration of a period of six (6) months and upon
payment to the Board of a fee as prescribed by the rules of the
Board, a person or entity whose license or certificate of authority
has been suspended or revoked for cause, pursuant to the provisions
of the State Architectural and Licensed Interior Designers Act, may
file an application with the Board for the reinstatement of said
license or certificate of authority.  After a showing has been made
by the applicant to the Board that the interests of the public will
not suffer by reason of reinstatement, the Board in its discretion
may order the reinstatement of the license or certificate of

authority upon the payment of a sum equal to the fees which would
have accrued had not the license or certificate of authority of the
applicant been suspended or revoked.
