Collection and disposition of funds.
The executive director of the Board shall keep and preserve all
records of the Board, issue all necessary notices to the embalmers,
funeral directors and apprentices of the state, and perform such
other duties as may be imposed upon the executive director by the
Board.  The executive director is hereby authorized and empowered to
collect, in the name and on behalf of the Board, the fees prescribed
in the Funeral Services Licensing Act, and all fees so collected
shall at the end of each month be deposited by the executive
director with the State Treasurer.  The State Treasurer shall place
ten percent (10%) of the money so received in the general fund of
the state, and the balance in a special fund to be known as the
"Fund of the Oklahoma Funeral Board".  Payment from the fund shall
be upon warrants drawn by the State Treasurer against claims
submitted by the Board to the Director of the Office of Management

and Enterprise Services for approval and payment.  All monies so
received by the fund may be used by the Board in carrying out the
provisions of the Funeral Services Licensing Act.
