A. The violation of any provision of the Oklahoma Pharmacy Act for which no penalty is specifically provided shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. B. Any person who shall willfully make any false representations in procuring or attempting to procure for himself or herself, or for another, licensure under the Oklahoma Pharmacy Act shall be guilty of the felony of perjury, a Class D1 felony offense, and shall be punished by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
