A. A mobile dental clinic providing dental treatment shall register with the Board of Dentistry and provide the following information: 1. The dentist or dentists that will be providing and/or supervising dental treatment to patients; 2. If the mobile dental clinic provides treatment to treatment facilities and/or the general public; 3. Types of treatment available and adequate infection control, as required by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Occupational Health and Safety Commission, and equipment and procedures; and 4. Other information deemed necessary by the Board to ensure the protection of the public. B. Every permitted mobile dental clinic shall display in plain view a permit or designation of registration as required by the Board. C. Failure to register as a mobile clinic shall subject each licensee or permit holder in control or providing treatment to the penalties set forth in Section 328.44a of Title 59 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
