A. Upon the filing of an application in a form prescribed by the Administrator of the Department of Consumer Credit, accompanied by the fees and documents required by this act, the Administrator shall investigate to ascertain whether the requirements prescribed by this act have been satisfied. If the Administrator finds that the requirements have been satisfied and approves the documents, the Administrator shall issue to the applicant a license to engage in the business of making small loans in this state. B. The license shall be conspicuously posted in the licensee's place of business at all times.
