or family therapy without license. Commencing September 1, 1991, no person who is not licensed under this act shall: 1. Advertise the performance of marital and family therapy service by such person unless pursuant to another professional license in accordance with Oklahoma Statutes; 2. Use a title or description such as "licensed marital or family therapist", or any other name, style or description denoting that the person is a licensed marital and family therapist; or 3. Practice marital and family therapy except as provided for in subsection B of Section 3 of this act.
