Title 59. Professions And Occupations: Licenses by endorsement

The State Board of Behavioral Health Licensure shall have the
power to issue a license by endorsement to an applicant licensed in
another state to practice as a licensed professional counselor if
the Board deems such applicant to have qualifications comparable to
those required under the Licensed Professional Counselors Act and if
the Board finds the applicant meets the standards, provided by
rules, for license by endorsement.
