Oklahoma Code § 59-1800.15

Title 59. Professions And Occupations: Costs of administration of act - Claims for payment

The Commissioner of Labor shall pay all costs of administration
of the Alarm, Locksmith and Fire Sprinkler Industry Act from fees,
monies and other revenue collected pursuant to the provisions of the
Alarm, Locksmith and Fire Sprinkler Industry Act.  At no time shall
a claim for payment be submitted to the Director of the Office of
Management and Enterprise Services or the State Treasurer if the
revenue deposited in the Alarm, Locksmith and Fire Sprinkler
Industry Revolving Fund to the current date does not equal or exceed
the total claims for payments made to that date.
