Title 59. Professions And Occupations: Jurisdiction of district court

A.  The Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and
Audiology, the Attorney General or the local district attorney may
apply to the district court in the county in which a violation of
the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Licensing Act is alleged
to have occurred for an order enjoining or restraining the
commission or continuance of such alleged violations.  Thereupon,
the court has jurisdiction over the proceedings, and may grant such
temporary or permanent injunction or restraining order, without
bond, as it deems just and proper.
B.  The remedy provided by this section is in addition to, and
independent of, any other remedies available for the enforcement of
the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Licensing Act.
