Title 59. Professions And Occupations: Seal - Official records as prima facie evidence

The Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and
Audiology shall adopt a seal by which it shall authenticate the
Board's proceedings.  Copies of the proceedings, records and acts of
the Board, and certificates purporting to relate the facts
concerning such proceedings, records and acts, signed by the
executive secretary and authenticated by said seal, shall be prima
facie evidence in all courts of this state.
