Title 59. Professions And Occupations: Fees

A.  The fee to be paid by the applicant for an initial
examination to determine if the applicant is qualified to receive a
polygraph examiner's license is Fifty Dollars ($50.00), which is not
to be credited as payment against the license fee.  The fee for
subsequent examinations shall be the same as for the initial
examination.
B.  The fee to be paid for an initial polygraph examiner's
license is One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).
C.  The fee to be paid for an internship license is One Hundred
Dollars ($100.00).
D.  The fee to be paid for the issuance of a duplicate polygraph
examiner's license is Twenty Dollars ($20.00).
E.  The fee to be paid for a polygraph examiner's renewal
license is One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).
F.  The fee to be paid for the extension or renewal of an
internship license is Fifty Dollars ($50.00).
G.  The fee to be paid for a duplicate internship license is
Twenty Dollars ($20.00).
