Title 59. Professions And Occupations: Code of ethics

The State Board of Examiners of Psychologists shall publish a
code of ethics.  The code shall take into account the professional
character of psychological service and shall be designed to protect
the interest of the client and the public.  In developing and
revising this code, the Board shall hold hearings where interested
persons may be heard on the subject and the Board may take into
account the Ethical Principles of Psychologists and Code of Conduct
promulgated by the American Psychological Association and the Code
of Conduct promulgated by the Association of State and Provincial
Psychology Boards.
