Title 59. Professions And Occupations: Qualifications of examiners

Each member of the State Board of Examiners of Psychologists
shall be a citizen of the United States and a resident of this
state.  The members of the Board who are psychologists shall be
licensed pursuant to the provisions of the Psychologists Licensing
Act.  Members of the Board may be reappointed for one four-year
term.  However, following the termination of a term of service on
the Board a former member may be reappointed only after a period of
years equal to or greater than the number of years of his or her
previous service.
