Oklahoma Code § 59-1337

Title 59. Professions And Occupations: Issuance of receipt for funds payable

Any funds payable to the court clerk or other officer pursuant
to this act, by any licensed bondsman, managing general agent,
surety company or professional bondsman shall be issued a receipt in
the name of the surety company or professional bondsman, as the case
may be, and when such funds are refunded or otherwise disbursed,
they shall be made payable to such surety company or professional
bondsman, as the case may be.
