Title 59. Professions And Occupations: Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Use of Title

Any person who has received a license as a licensed clinical
social worker shall have the right to use the title, Licensed
Clinical Social Worker, and the abbreviation, LCSW.  No other person
shall assume such title, use such abbreviation, or any word or
letters, signs, figures or devices to indicate that the person using
the same is a licensed social worker.
