Title 59. Professions And Occupations: Expiration of licenses - Renewals

Licenses shall expire one (1) year after the date of their
issuance or renewal and shall become invalid on that date unless
renewed.  It shall be the duty of the Oklahoma Department of
Agriculture, Food, and Forestry to notify, at the registrant's last-
registered address, every person registered under this act of the
date of the expiration of the license and the amount of the fee that
shall be required for its renewal for one (1) year; notice shall be
mailed at least one (1) month in advance of the date of the
expiration of the license.  The fee for renewal of licenses shall
not exceed Ten Dollars ($10.00).  The Department shall make an
exception to the foregoing renewal provisions in the case of a
person while on active duty in any of the armed forces of the United
States.
