Oklahoma Code § 59-1202

Title 59. Professions And Occupations: Definitions

As used in Section 1201 et seq. of this title: (1) the term
"forester" means a person who, by reason of his knowledge of the
natural sciences, mathematics, and the principles of forestry,
acquired by forestry education, as set forth in Section 1212 of this
title, and/or practical experience is qualified to engage in the
practice of professional forestry as hereinafter defined; (2) the
term "registered forester" means a person who has been licensed
pursuant to the act; (3) the term "practice of professional
forestry" means professional forestry services, including but not
limited to consultation, investigation, evaluation, planning, or
responsible supervisions of any forestry activities when such
professional services require the application of forestry principles
and techniques; and (4) the term "Department" means the Oklahoma
Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry.
