Petition. A judgment creditor of an heir, legatee or devisee of an estate shall, in addition to any other remedies now or hereafter provided by law, have the right to petition in probate for total distribution of the estate in the same manner and to the same extent that any person interested in the estate may do under the probate procedure. For the purpose of this act, a judgment creditor means a person who has reduced his claim to a final judgment.
