Title 57. Prisons And Reformatories: Juvenile prisoners

Juvenile prisoners shall be treated with humaneness and in a
manner calculated to promote their reformation and they shall be
kept separate from more experienced and hardened criminals.  Visits
of parents, guardians and friends who desire to exert a moral
influence over them shall at all reasonable times be permitted.
