Title 56. Poor Persons: Purchase of lands and buildings

Out of the proceeds of the sale of bonds the board of county
commissioners shall purchase lands or grounds for indigent care
facility purposes, or erect buildings and make improvements thereon
as the case may be.  The board of county commissioners shall have
the right to purchase the lands at private or public sale.
