Oklahoma Code § 56-26.8

Title 56. Poor Persons: Victims of disasters

Emergency assistance may be extended to victims of disasters as
a result of fire, flood, tornado and other acts of God, but such
assistance shall be for a period of not to exceed ninety (90) days,
unless the applicant meets all requirements for general relief
assistance.
