Title 56. Poor Persons: Contracts

The Oklahoma Public Welfare Commission is authorized to enter
into contracts with the various agencies of the United States
Government, or any agency or subdivision of state, county or city
government, for the purpose of receiving for the State of Oklahoma,
items of food, clothing or other things of value which may be
donated and used by schools, penal or eleemosynary institutions, or
by any citizen, public or private charitable organization that may
be designated as an eligible recipient of the item by the donating
agency with which the Commission has entered into contractual
agreement.
