Title 56. Poor Persons: Enforcement of child support obligation

In addition to the powers and duties of the Department provided
in Section 237 of Title 56 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the Department
of Human Services is authorized to enforce a support payment of a
spouse or former spouse pursuant to a court order requiring such
support if a child support obligation is being enforced under the
state plan of the Department authorized by the federal Social
Security Act.
