Oklahoma Code § 56-240.24

Title 56. Poor Persons: Delinquent or missing parent "Most Wanted" list

A.  The Department of Human Services may release a delinquent or
missing parent “Most Wanted” type list of individuals who are in
arrears in their district or administrative court-ordered child
support obligations or who are sought for the purpose of
establishing a child support order.  The list may include the

individual’s name, photograph, last known address, and amount of any
child support arrearage.
B.  The list may be published in any available media, form or
format including, but not limited to, the internet.
C.  A disclosure made by the Department in a good faith effort
to comply with this section may not be considered a violation of any
confidentiality laws.
D.  The Department shall promulgate rules to implement the
provisions of this section.
