A. The Department of Human Services shall provide case management services to recipients under the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program. Case management services shall include, but not be limited to: 1. Intensive and in-depth employability assessment of a recipient's education, training, skills, prior work experience and supportive service needs; 2. Development of an employability plan which incorporates the results of the assessment; and 3. Close follow-up of program implementation requirements and participation pursuant to a personal responsibility agreement as provided in Section 16 of this act. B. The Department of Human Services is hereby directed to develop policy outlining procedural and educational expectations for recipients of benefits under the TANF program.
