Oklahoma Code § 56-226

Title 56. Poor Persons: Department of Human Services Federal Disallowance Fund

There is hereby created in the State Treasury a fund for the
Department of Human Services to be designated the "Department of
Human Services Federal Disallowance Fund".  The fund shall be a

continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations.  It shall
consist of monies received by the Department of Human Services
which, in the opinion of the Commission for Human Services, may be
subject to federal disallowances and interest which may accrue on
said receipts.  All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are
hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the
Department of Human Services at the discretion of the Commission for
Human Services for eventual settlement of the appropriate pending
disallowances.  Expenditures from said fund shall be made upon
warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as
prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and
Enterprise Services for approval and payment.
The Director of Human Services may request the Director of the
Office of Management and Enterprise Services to transfer monies
between the Department of Human Services Federal Disallowance Fund
and the Human Services Disbursing Fund or the Department of Human
Services Medical and Assistance Fund, as needed for the expenditure
of funds.
