Title 56. Poor Persons: Erection of buildings - Care of patients

The board of county commissioners of the counties throughout the
state shall have power to erect buildings upon land occupied by
county indigent care facilities for the isolation and treatment of
all indigent persons who are afflicted with an illness or disease
which makes it necessary that these measures be taken, and that the
patients may, if the building is erected, be cared for out of the
indigent care budget of the county of which the patients are
residents.
