Oklahoma Code § 56-1025.4

Title 56. Poor Persons: Violations and penalties

Any violation of the provisions of Sections 11 through 13 of
this act shall be a misdemeanor and, upon conviction or plea of
guilty or nolo contendere, shall be punishable by a fine of not less
than Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00), but not to exceed One Thousand
Dollars ($1,000.00).  In addition to the fine, such violator may be
imprisoned in the county jail for not more than thirty (30) days.
Each day that such violation continues shall be considered to be a
separate violation.
