Oklahoma Code § 53-503

Title 53. Oklahoma Historical Societies And Associations: Oklahoma Civil Rights Trail Revolving Fund

There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund
for the Oklahoma Historical Society to be designated the “Oklahoma
Civil Rights Trail Revolving Fund”.  The fund shall be a continuing
fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of
all monies deposited to the fund by law, as well as gifts,
donations, and private, state, and federal funds.  All monies
accruing to the credit of such fund are hereby appropriated and may
be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma Historical Society for the
purpose of providing financial assistance for the preservation of
the Oklahoma Civil Rights Trail.  Expenditures from such fund shall
be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims
filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of
Management and Enterprise Services for approval and payment.
