Oklahoma Code § 52-611

Title 52. Oil And Gas: Injunctions

The Attorney General of the State of Oklahoma or any person
entitled to institute proceedings or apply for a hearing under
Section 8 of this act may in the name of the state bring an action
in the district courts of this state for an injunction, enjoining
and prohibiting any person from violating the provisions of this act
or any order, rule or regulation of the Commission promulgated
pursuant to this act.  An action for an injunction instituted under
this section shall not suspend or prohibit any proceedings
instituted by the Commission pursuant to this act.
