Title 52. Oil And Gas: Right-of-way

For the purpose of acquiring necessary right-of-way, every such
person as defined in this act is hereby granted the right of
condemnation by eminent domain, and the use of the highways in this
dtate, for the purpose of transporting petroleum, liquid or
liquifiable hydrocarbons and chemicals, except coal, which are
transportable by pipeline, and for the location, laying,
construction, maintaining and operation thereof.
