Oklahoma Code § 52-420.15

Title 52. Oil And Gas: Safety schools for liquefied petroleum dealers

The LP-Gas Board shall provide for the holding of safety schools
for the benefit of the liquefied petroleum gas dealers and employees
in the State of Oklahoma, at such times and in such places as may be
deemed advisable.  The Board may, by lawfully adopted rules, require
attendance and successful completion of courses, by in-person or
virtual instruction, held as a condition precedent to retaining
permits issued hereunder.  Such courses shall be in the format as
established by the Board in its sole discretion.  The Administrator
shall perform such duties in connection with those schools as the
Board might direct.
