Oklahoma Code § 52-303

Title 52. Oil And Gas: Penalty for violations

Any person, co-partnership or corporation violating any of the
provisions of this article, shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined
in any sum not less than Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00), nor more than
Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), in any court having competent
jurisdiction in the county in which the act shall have been
committed or omitted, or by being imprisoned for not less than
thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days, or by both such
fine and imprisonment.  The amount of said penalty, when collected,
shall be paid, one-half (1/2) into the public road fund, of the
county in which said suit shall have been brought, and one-half
(1/2) to the informer in said action.
