Oklahoma Code § 52-249

Title 52. Oil And Gas: Definition

As used in this act, the term "premises" means a tract or tracts
of land embraced within the terms of a single lease or the document
granting thereon the rights of exploration, development, operation
and production with respect to oil and natural gas.
