Title 52. Oil And Gas: Provisions supplemental - Exceptions

The provisions of this act shall not repeal, but are
supplemental to any and all other provisions of law having for their
purpose the prevention of the pollution of surface or subsurface
waters in this state; provided, however, the provisions of this act
and any order issued hereunder shall not be supplemental to Section
287.1 through Section 287.15 of this title, and nothing in this act
shall affect the operators' civil or criminal responsibility, or
authorize the creation or perpetuation, or a public or private
nuisance, and nothing in this act shall prevent the Department of
Wildlife Conservation from policing and patrolling the lakes and

streams of Oklahoma, and enforcing the provisions of Section 7-401
of Title 29 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
