Every person who, having taken an oath that he will testify, declare or depose before the Commission, in any proceeding, or at any hearing before said Commission, authorized and provided for under the provisions of this act, shall willfully and contrary to such oath state any material matter which he knows to be false, is guilty of the Class D1 felony offense of perjury, and upon conviction, shall be punished as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
