Title 52. Oil And Gas: Corporations for producing, transmitting or transporting

natural gas.
Any firm, co-partnership, association, or combination of
individuals may become a body corporate under the laws of this state
for the purpose of producing, transmitting, or transporting natural
gas to points within or without this state by complying with the
general corporation laws of the State of Oklahoma.
