Title 5. Attorneys And State Bar: Examinations for applicants

Within thirty (30) days after this act takes effect, the Supreme
Court shall examine applicants for admission to the bar and all
applicants who have heretofore been passed upon and allowed to take
the examination of the Committee of State Bar Examiners shall be
eligible for examination by the Supreme Court at its first
examination, and thereafter the Supreme Court shall hold
examinations for applicants at least twice each year and at such
other times as the Supreme Court may prescribe.
