Oklahoma Code § 47-958

Title 47. Motor Vehicles: Violations and penalties

Violation of any provision of Section 951 et seq. of this title
or any regulation promulgated pursuant hereto shall constitute a
misdemeanor, and any person, upon conviction therefor, shall be
punished by a fine of not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) or
imprisonment for not more than thirty (30) days in the county jail,
or both such fine and imprisonment.
