Title 47. Motor Vehicles: License fees

All school and instructor’s licenses shall expire on the last
day of the calendar year and may be renewed upon application to
Service Oklahoma as prescribed by its regulation.  Each application
for an original or renewal school license shall be accompanied by a
fee of Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) for a one-year license or One
Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for a four-year license.  Each application
for an original or renewal instructor’s license shall be accompanied
by a fee of Five Dollars ($5.00) for a one-year license or Twenty
Dollars ($20.00) for a four-year license.  The license fees
collected pursuant to Sections 801 through 808 of this title shall
be remitted to the State Treasurer to be credited to the General
Revenue Fund in the State Treasury.  No license fee shall be
refunded in the event that the license is rejected, suspended, or
revoked.
